To enable the school to create its own blogsite and be able to post its activities online, two teachers from Tugbok Central Elementary School SPED Center attended the District Echo-training on Blogsite Making on February 1, 2012 at Mintal Elementary School, Mintal Davao City.
Teacher Scarlet Divina Rivera and Teacher Arlene Bargayo with their school principal Mrs. Amelyn T. Goniabo, equipped with their laptops listened to the District ICT Coordinator Lloyd Tapiz as he gave a lecture on how to make a blog.
The participants were also trained to write for the web and on how to write a narrative report by the District English Coordinator, Janice C. Abrea and the District Reading Coordinator, Alma Bonita Trocio.
The schools' blog output will be linked to the website of the DepEd Division of Davao City for monitoring purposes.
